When insurance companies pay claims, they lose money. Insurers often deny claims after the fact for IV vitamin therapy, leaving providers to cover the costs. If the insurance company does agree to pay a claim, it is typically 90 days later before it does so. Most of the time, however, you will have to pay for some of the services out of pocket. We do not accept health insurance as a form of payment since we cannot predict when and if insurance companies will pay for mobile IV therapy. Our services are already so affordable — starting as low as $120 — that a copay wouldn’t amount to much in savings. It's certainly not enough to justify filing a claim with your insurance company.
